Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tulasi Infracon’s services often involve personalized project work, so refunds are treated on a case-by-case basis, guided by fairness and contractual terms.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed and non-recoverable costs.

  • Advance deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

2. Project Down Payments

  • Down payments secure project slots and initial mobilization; these are usually non-refundable except in special circumstances explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14–30 business days to the original payment method.

4. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided due to delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

5. Dispute Resolution

Any refund disputes should be escalated in writing. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under Indian law, with appropriate courts in India having jurisdiction.
